When should I expect the delivery?
Our drivers are on the road from 9AM to 5PM on delivery days, please expect delivery during this time frame.
Does someone need to be present to accept the delivery?
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. We recommend delivering to an address where you know someone will be present to accept the delivery.
In the event that no one answers, our driver will make an attempt to contact you. If he is not able to reach you, your order will be returned. We will then contact you to schedule a pick-up time (MTL) or we can re-deliver your order (at your cost).
