When placing your order, please indicate at checkout your preferred pick-up date and time. For all delivery details, please refer to https://victoriassweets.ca/delivery .

All our sweets are best kept at room tempurature. If you are not planning to consume them on the same day, for best freshness we suggest keeping the following in an airtight container or wrapping the box in a bag (all cookies, cupcakes and Rice Krispies pops).

Make sure to keep all cakes refrigerated. For best taste and texture, we recommend leaving them at room tempurature 1 hour before serving. 

If your order is for a gift, we can deliver it directly to the recipient.

At check-out, please add the recipient's information for the delivery. You can also add a special message that you would like to write (in notes at checkout). It will be our pleasure to write your message and include it on our complimentary card.

Once an order is placed and confirmed with a deposit or full payment, please notify us of any cancellation or modification to your order at least 3 days before pick-up or delivery date. In the event that we are notified 3 full days beforehand, deposits are refundable.

If your order is cancelled less than 3 days before, only 50% of the total order amount is refundable.

NOTE: All custom pieces are non refundable (cake toppers, prints…).

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. 

We aim to ensure your order arrives looking great! If ever you are unsatisfied, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
